Here’s where you can get the W9 form to complete. Please make sure to fill out Part 1, Part 2 as well as sign and date the bottom.

If you are a non-U.S resident, a W9 is not required, but a W8-BEN is required. Please fill this out instead and upload. Make sure Part 1 is complete and Part 3 is signed and dated.

Payments

Payments will be made via Paypal and you must reach a $100 dollar threshhold in order for funds to be released. Until the $100 threshold is reached, funds will remain in your affiliate account.

Payments will happen once a month on the 15th for any transactions from the previous month.

For example…

June 1st to June 30th

You will be paid for any transactions (not counting “new signups”) for this time period on July 15th to your Paypal account.

New Signups

All new signups to the membership academy are subject to a 30 day wait period to allow for refunds. Once the aforementioned time has been allowed to pass, the affiliate shall receieve their new signup commission on the 15th of the following month.

Your Commission Structure

The current commission structure is set to 50%. This means you get 50% of each member’s monthly payment. The amount each member will pay is subject to any promotions, deals or discounts we run during the time they sign up. The regular non promotional monthly rate is $49 per member. Your commissions are ongoing for as long as each member remains.

In the future we may roll out products individually for a much higher amount. You will still receive 50% commissions on one time sales as well.
