Okay, today is Day #4. How are you holding up?
Plant-based recipes. Make sure to check out this awesome dish Dr. Bergman D.C. made in the video on the website!
We like to advocate a low sugar, low meat, plant-based diet. Does this mean we don’t eat meat? Certainly not.
But we do like to focus on plant foods for the majority of our recipes.
I challenge you to limit your meat consumption and maybe only allow yourself to eat meat a few times a month.
I (Justin) try to limit my consumption of meats although I do eat animal-based foods like eggs, raw cheese, bee products of all sorts, elk antler, etc.
So we invite you to limit your consumption of meats. Figure out on average how many days per month you eat meat and take a few days off. If it’s 10x per month, try getting it to 8. And as the months continue, consider lowering it more and more slowly over time.
Instructions: Find a plant-based recipe online or from your favorite cookbook and cook it up or put it together. Try SOMETHING new. Take a photo and use the hashtag #ExtremeHealthChallenge to show us how you’re doing it!
