Hey friends!

Perfect health doesn’t just revolve around the food we eat. We must also make sure to control EVERYTHING that comes into our being.

That means we must resist watching, reading, or being in the company of negativity, fear, or demotivating content. We shouldn’t look at the news, fear or a bad company like eating fast food.

One side of the coin is not allowing disempowering content in any form into our being. You get to decide what that entails for you. This is equivalent to not eating fast food.

On the other side of the coin, we need to add in materials (magazines, books, videos, movies, music, etc) that lift our spirits.

Instructions: Pick one thing in your life that disempowers you and eliminate it forever. Pick one thing in your life that empowers you and consumes it.
