Hello Again!

Today is Day #2 my friend, how was Day #1 for you? Pretty easy right?

Okay, today I want to focus on solutions. For every problem, there is a solution and as the famous saying goes, we live in the best of times and the worst of times.

Today is the best because there are more solutions now than ever!

Identify the Solutions – Get a blank paper, separate it into 3 columns just like Day 1. Using your list from Day 1, write a solution, replacement, or healthier alternatives for every single stressor.

Pretty easy right? It might take a few moments to do but it’s going to be so worth it. Just knowing what’s stressing your body is key, but when you can use your creative mind to think of solutions, it’s like God and the Universe are conspiring together in your favor.

Kinda cool right?
